The Penthesilea Program - online stream2021. 03. 22.
On the 27th of March, The Penthesilea Program, a play written by Réka Kincses, will be streamed online on eSzínház. The performance is the first Hungarian premiere of the play, staged by the playwright herself.
It is a family story over generations, from a view of a special talented female author, with raw sexuality and real talk. Penthesilea, has the name of a Greek heroine though, but is a modern, full-nerve young soul, who would escape her destiny, the destiny read from her past, and also from her tight, controversial relationship with her mother. But will her soul be able to find peace after all the sexual adventures, abortions and a desperate therapy? Penthesilea is played by Csenge Szilágyi, a young talent of Vígszínház.
